1. I agree to pay the full amount of the desired subscription I will have full access to the subscription plan I have purchased.
2. I understand that ZERO REFUNDS will be given once the payment has been made.
3. I agree not to share my login details with anyone, and doing so will result in the automatic termination of my access. This is system-generated software and log-in activity is being monitored. Frequency of login, and the number of devices accessing the link e.t.c.
4. I agree not to conduct in person, hands on, online or one-on-one classes with the methods I have learned from this online platform or from one on one classes. Failure to do so will result in a Legal Obligation taken against me.
5. I agree not to upload online, Instagram, YouTube, or any other public or private platform any videos I have accessed from Kris McDred Academy Online Training failing to do so will result in Legal Obligations against me.
6. I agree to have access based on the subscription plan I have purchased. I agree that it is my responsibility to log in and if I do not utilize my access, I will request no extension or refund.
7. Once the subscription plan is over, my login access will be automatically terminated.
8. My subscription will start immediately when the login information has been sent to me.
9. I agree to wait patiently after purchase if and when it takes more than 48hrs to receive my access link.
10. In the case of a course preselling purchase, the subscription will start from the time the platform is launched and accessible, not the time I have paid. I agree to wait till the site is up and accessible, and I WILL NOT ASK FOR A REFUND in case there is a delay.
11. Lifetime access is valid for as long as the platform is operational.
12. All certifications will be issued after successful completion of the exams as per the
    exam protocols, and must be completed within 1 year of purchase. After 1 year,
    separate arrangements must be done.
13. I have read and understood the terms and conditions prior to making a purchase.
14. I grant Kris McDred Locs Academy permission to utilize my videos, both training videos and exams submission to be used for marketing and social media purposes.
15. I agree with ALL terms and conditions. I agree to uphold the terms and conditions on this contract and I am aware that legal actions shall be taken against me in the event that I breach the terms and conditions of this agreement.
